This is an extremely reliable company with a great fleet of cars. I have hired cars from this company for over a decade (for myself, family and clients) and I have never had a single issue with them and have always been completely satisfied with the cars and the service I’ve received. Very helpful and friendly. We arrived late and someone stayed late to handle pick up. Good comms before had due to late pick up.

Everything was perfect, somebody was waiting for me at the airport, in less than 5 minutes we reached the rental office, the car was ready and the paperwork really fast. The same happened when I returned the car. All the guys where really friendly. I got an Economy car, that also had the Android Auto connection available. Being outside the airport is cheaper than other car rentals, and it's really worth the money.

I have been using this company for the past 4 years and they have never let me down. They communicate very clearly & promptly and their staff, particularly Alex & Larysa are very friendly. They are not like other car hire companies who just want the paperwork done & aren’t helpful or friendly. They really do take all the stress out of hiring a car & will even deliver it to your villa & pick it up again at the end of your holiday. I will be using them again next year.

Compagnia seria. Bus navetta dall'aeroporto in 5 minuti si arriva all'autonoleggio. La macchina era già pronta all'istante. Il ragazzo è stato molto gentile e rapido. Ho pagato full insurance (lo faccio sempre per evitare problemi, non serve risparmiare pochi euro sulla sicurezza) e mi sono trovato benissimo. Macchina lasciata in aeroporto al parcheggio di fronte alle partenze al mattino presto. Macchina già con dispositivo via verde inserito che è collegato alla carta di credito quindi non vi dovete preoccupare di pagare i pedaggi autostradali perchè li scalano direttamente da lí. Servizio top.

Eveything super if you go for the all-inclusive, don't leave your holiday behind badly by bargaining at the wrong ends. Shuttle bus to pick-up your rental (+-5min. drive from parking lot in walking distance). Compared to other companies (end 2024) excellent price/value ratio! Car itself: smart estate wagon, Skoda Fabia Break, 4 years old, fuel-efficient engine (6L/100km) +-32500km, more than spacey enough for a family of 4, tyres same age as car but in great condition. Staff English-speaking & super welcoming. I really appreciated that the company assigned the car offered in the booking process. Abrigado/a 🙂

Brilliant company – easy, stress-free experience! I booked directly with them and added all the extra insurances, including their VIP service – zero hassle and still cheaper than most other places in Faro. The car was in great condition and gave us no trouble at all. I accidentally hit the car against a raised kerb and damaged the car, told them before returning it – they simply said, "Don’t worry, you’ve got insurance. Thanks for letting us know." It was such a relief! Booking direct and choosing their insurance gives you real peace of mind – if anything goes wrong, it’s sorted quickly and easily. Comparison websites often sell their own third-party insurance, which can be a real headache when things go wrong. Highly recommend! I’d hire from them again in a heartbeat. Just book direct and get the VIP service – totally worth it for the smooth, stress-free experience.
